The approach

Care with a history.

A thoughtful service relationship begins with understanding the property. We record the systems, coordinate access and recommend cleaning based on what we find, rather than a calendar alone.

01

Establish the property record

Identify accessible air-distribution and ventilation systems, filter details and relevant maintenance history.

02

Plan sensible inspections

Agree on a visit cadence around property use, system condition and your existing mechanical service schedule.

03

Attend to the details

Include dryer-vent and accessible ventilation care when appropriate, with cleaning scoped to actual findings.

04

Keep everyone informed

Share photos, completed work and next recommendations with the owner or authorised property manager.

Clean systems. Clear proof.

The work is
in the details.
So is the report.

What we found. What we cleaned. What comes next. A clear service record makes the unseen parts of your home easier to look after.

Before work begins

A clear scope.
A transparent quote.

Your property and systems determine the work.

We review size, system count, condition and access before quoting. The agreed scope explains what’s included and any limitations. Mechanical repairs and regulated trade tasks are referred to appropriately qualified contractors.

Good questions. Straight answers.

A little clarity
goes a long way.

Recommendations should make sense.
So should the answers.

Does Estate Air Care mean annual duct cleaning?

No. Recurring inspection and record keeping do not automatically require duct cleaning. Cleaning is recommended when the condition of the system supports it.

Do I need to be at the cottage?

We can coordinate access with your authorised property manager or representative. Access instructions and reporting recipients are agreed before the visit.
