What we collect

When you request service, we collect the contact and property details you choose to provide: name, email, phone if supplied, service location, municipality, property type, service interest and project notes. Optional details include approximate size, system count and construction timing.

We also record the submission time, page path, campaign tags where present, consent and the request status. The lead service records the requesting IP address and browser information for security and troubleshooting. Please avoid including financial, medical or other sensitive personal information in your message.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, assess the service scope, prepare a quote, coordinate access and maintain a service record. Submitting a service request is not consent to receive unrelated marketing.

Storage and service providers

Requests are sent over an encrypted connection to Lakeline’s server endpoint, then stored in a restricted SQL lead database hosted in the operator’s Canadian server environment. Internal email notifications help the operator respond. Cloudflare delivers the website and provides traffic protection; our email and infrastructure providers may process technical or request data outside Canada.

Access should be limited to people supporting the request and the systems that deliver it. Records are retained for enquiry handling and applicable business-record needs. Information is not sold.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the site has no advertising pixels or visitor analytics product. Conversion interactions generate local browser events without sending form values to an analytics provider. Campaign tags, entry path and referring origin may be held in this tab’s session storage to keep enquiry source information as you move between pages; no visitor identifier is generated. Infrastructure providers may maintain technical logs. Spam protection uses rate limits and a signed browser challenge; if Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it processes browser and network signals to verify the request.

Access, corrections and questions

You can ask about your information, request a correction or ask for deletion through the service request form. Put “Privacy enquiry” in the project details. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing a record. Some records may need to be kept for business or legal obligations.

Changes

When collection or use practices change, this page will be updated. A new use requiring consent will be explained before it is applied.
